Frequently asked questions.

  • Discover a world of athletic potential for your child with In-Phase Kids! Our program provides a unique opportunity for young athletes to explore and excel in multiple sports. Your child will have the chance to identify their strengths and passions across a diverse range of activities.

At In-Phase Kids, we provide a variety of sports such as flag football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and batting sports. While each campus may have different offerings, we assure you that your child will have the chance to shine in multiple sports. We understand that each child is unique, and our program is designed to foster their individual growth and success.

Research consistently highlights the advantages of starting sports at a young age. The earlier your child begins, the better their skill development and overall athletic ability. Moreover, studies emphasize the benefits of being a multi-sport athlete, showing that versatility often leads to greater excellence compared to those who focus solely on one sport.

Enrich your child's journey with In-Phase Kids, where we cultivate a foundation for lifelong athleticism and success across a spectrum of sports.

  • In-Phase Kids offers a $20-per-session subscription, which runs until the end of the school year. Our training is top-notch—a true bargain for the quality we provide. Plus, it’s incredibly convenient since sessions are held right at your child's school and led by coaches with collegiate and/or professional experience.

  • While the After-School Program schedule may vary from school to school, a typical day with us is designed to give your child an effective and well organized sports practice.

Here's a breakdown of what you can expect from an 1 hour and 30 minute lesson.

Transition Time (First 10 minutes): We begin by smoothly transitioning students from their school day to our training environment. This brief period ensures a seamless shift to our engaging program.

Sport Training (1 hour ): The first hour is dedicated to Sports Training where students will receive comprehensive training from our skilled instructors. This focused session aims to enhance their skills and foster a love for the sport.

Free Play and Character Development (20 minutes) - At each session, athletes will come together for a character development lesson led by coaches, covering principles such as integrity, sportsmanship, teamwork, commitment, and more. Following this, athletes will have the chance to freely apply their skills during the last 15 minutes of practice. This may also serve as a time to create a game-like atmosphere, allowing them to put what they've learned into action in a fun, competitive setting.

  • At our program, inclusivity is key – we warmly welcome both boys and girls to join our diverse community of athletes. We celebrate individuality and understand that each participant embarks on their athletic journey from a different starting point, and that's something we embrace wholeheartedly.

While age may vary, we place a strong emphasis on instilling values such as respect, self-control, and the ability to follow directions in our young athletes. We believe these qualities not only contribute to a positive training environment but also lay the foundation for their future success.

However, we acknowledge that everyone is a work in progress. We don't expect perfection from our children, and we understand that challenges may arise. In cases where behavior issues impede the efficient functioning of our program, we may need to address and resolve them promptly. Our aim is to create a nurturing and focused environment for every participant.

We value the partnership with parents and encourage them to walk alongside us in guiding and disciplining our athletes. By working together, we can ensure that challenges become opportunities for growth and that our program continues to be a place where each child can thrive both athletically and personally.

  • To ensure a smooth and effective training experience for your athletes, we kindly request that they come prepared with appropriate shoes and sports attire. For football and soccer activities, cleats are highly recommended. If your school offers batting sports, please ensure your child has a glove.

Additionally, we recommend the use of a mouthpiece during all practices for added safety. Students are welcome to practice in their school uniforms if it allows for comfortable movement. For girls wearing dresses or skirts, we suggest having undergarments like shorts for practice.

During our intake time, as students transition from school to practice, each child will have the opportunity to change. If your child needs assistance changing, their school clothes will suffice to keep our program operating efficiently.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding these guidelines, please don't hesitate to ask. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a positive and well-prepared training environment for all athletes.

  • At In-Phase Kids , we maintain a clear and important commitment to a positive and respectful environment. Each parent is required to sign our code of conduct, affirming their understanding of the guidelines governing our program.

Should a student engage in behavior that is detrimental to the program or the well-being of fellow athletes, we reserve the right to dismiss the student permantely from our program. This policy underscores our dedication to fostering a supportive and constructive atmosphere for all participants. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
